RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop leads, assess customer needs, and promote appropriate products and services. 
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. 
  • Work new and old sales leads. 
  • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations. 
  • Maintain a strong work ethic everyday
  • Hard working and Coachable
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet goals
  • Have a great attitude
  • Be adaptable to different skill sets. 
  • Works in a team environment
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Experience managing client relationships is preferred
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • Dedicated to customer service
  • Able to anticipate customer needs
  • Able to effectively relate to a customer
  • Detail oriented
  • Proactive problem solving
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
  • Associate’s degree or higher preferred
